 It's a Giant's Life!
Y'all Come Back Now!  Ya Hear?
You've no idea what a Giant can get into when
left to his own devices!!!
"A Tired Gibbs Is A Good Gibbs"
Or
The Tale of A Standard Poodle vs. A Giant Schnauzer!

Gibbs is so damn smart and sneaky! I've had poodles pull pizza boxes off the kitchen counter, but Gibbs opens the box and pulls only the pizza off --- to hell with the cardboard box!  We love him!

This morning after the morning potty ritual . . .

A Poodle gingerly jumps on the bed and finds her appropriate spot at the foot of the bed to politely join in a snooze.

A Giant thuds his 10 pound paws up on the side of the bed to demand someone pick his 65 pound muscle mass up, because he hasn't figured out how to jump up and make it without crashing. Fortunately, during the past couple of months his mother has gained toned and muscular arms to do this. Said Giant flops down where Mom usually sleeps; Dad is acting like he is asleep to avoid any eye contact with the Monster.  Monster notices being ignored and smears dad with a sloppy wet kiss on his bald head. Mom has to scootch dead weight over to the middle of the bed if she has any intention of laying down. Mom and giant are laying down, facing the same way, finally resting with eyes closed.  Giant decides to throw 20 pound head back, hits mom in the face and gives her a kiss with a dog tongue that can cover a face area in two slurps.  It's like a Catholic confession -- all is forgiven. He's just happy to be here!

Poodle at the foot of the bed watches the chaos in disgust and rolls her eyes!

Never a dull day with Gibbs and the poodles who think he is so undignified.  I know they look down their snout at him all the time.  It's kind of white collar vs. blue collar in our house now.
